As a partnership of nonprofit organizations, congregations, energy service contractors, residents, and businesses, KEAP Green Jobs develops residential and commercial weatherization and solar projects.  We also advocate for sustainability policies that bring living wage jobs to the places and people where the need for clean energy and conservation is most critical.

As a developer of clean energy and conservation pilot programs, KEAP addresses climate warming through green community development.

KEAP's social enterprise business model combines the nonprofit missions of social, economic, and environmental justice with   economic profitability that is equitable and sustainable.  This model applies to the community we serve as much as to our internal organization.

KEAP's sustainability approach begins and ends with the at-risk people and places where the need for clean and efficient energy, and associated workforce development, is most critical.
